You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in the original packaging, tags, and labels. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund. All refunds will be processed according to the original mode of payment or voucher.
- You have 5 days from the date of first payment to return products. Return and refund – possible only for the regular-priced store-bought (items from the store) goods without alterations, customisations, without discounts, in their original packaging: item should be in proper condition, with the price tags and with original relevant receipt.
- The following goods cannot be returned: jewelry items, veils, headpieces, accessories, lingerie / any online purchases of goods from store/order (UAE and abroad) / the items were on promotion or sale at the moment of the purchase, with discount / the supply of goods made to your specifications, “ordered wedding dresses/boleros/veils/accessories/other ordered goods in case of the nature of dress purchase” / the goods were purchased with “free storage” service after 5 days from payment / any customized goods -altered, tailored or personalized / the supply of goods which are after delivery got damaged / delivery charges
- Any delivery charges should be paid by the customer.
- We provide refunds for the voucher with the amount of the voucher that is equal to the amount of goods that the customer wants to return, excluding the atelier service, non-refundable goods and delivery.
- The customer can use the voucher to purchase goods from the store
- Voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase/or acceptance
- Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or returned for card as payment
- Refunds could be made to the voucher with further use for goods in the store
- In case the purchase values is less than that of the voucher, no change is given
- If you would like to exchange any products, you have to make it in 3 days from the date of first payment/purchase. Exchange is possible for goods with the same price or with an additional payment for goods with a higher price
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
- Only regular-priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale/with discount cannot be refunded.
- The store is not responsible for the goods that the customer had taken from the store.
- Atelier services and customisations of wedding dresses and goods should be paid separately from the goods (dresses, veils, boleros etc.) according to the atelier price list.

NO Refund, Exchange or Return is possible
- In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept refunds, returns or exchanges of products in the following categories due to hygiene reasons: jewelry items, underwear, swimwear, lingerie, fragrances, veils, headpieces, accessories, health & beauty (such as skincare, make-up & cosmetics).
- Any online purchases of goods from store/order (UAE and abroad) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Any online purchases are not subject to exchange or refund since the date of first payment.
- The items were on promotion or sale, with offer and with discount at the moment of the purchase are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Any “orders for customers”, “ordered wedding dresses/boleros/veils/accessories/other ordered goods” in case of the nature of purchase are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- The Goods were purchased with “free storage” service after 5 days from the date of first payment are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. The store is not responsible for storing items. Store only provide with “free storage” service.
- If the item is not in proper condition (dirty, broken, worn, damaged, stained, etc.) – it will be non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Any Goods (products) that are customized, altered or tailored (wedding dresses, boleros, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Atelier services and customisations of wedding dresses after 5 days from the date of first payment are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges Process
- If you would like to exchange any products (excluding non-exchangeable goods), you have to make it in 3 days from the date of first payment. Exchange is possible for goods with the same price or with an additional payment for goods with a higher price - In case the purchase values is less no change is given
- Only goods of proper quality, without damage are subjects to exchange; you must have valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the customer does not have the original payment receipt, the exchange is NOT possible.
Cancellation
- Any orders are not subject to exchange or refund or cancellation as they are customized products for the customer.
- Cancellation of the orders is not possible since the date of first payment.
- Any online purchases are not subject to exchange or refund or cancellation since the date of first payment.
